Alina Puig and Sophia Gregory were my teammates for this project. Alina Puig is a perfectionist who over achieves in anyway possible. Sophia is a quiet, smart, energetic person who is very sure about everything she does. In our film, these traits are portrayed because Alina and Sophia are feelings that are actually inside my head. Alina is fantasy who always wants more always wants something different. Sophia is reality who thinks that everything is okay just the way it is. Make the similarities between real life and the animation.
We use humor in our story by, as you can tell by the plot, confusing the characters to make them seem ridiculously funny. They're feelings they only think or feel about what they are labeled as. But when they switch they are confused and scared and not used to doing what they do. Our story's message relates to our audience because people everyday are trying to be someone different for someone and sometimes some people go to far or do it too much. Our story teaches that it's ok to be different and yourself and you instead of fitting in all the time. Like Dr. Seuss said "Why fit in when you were born to stand out.".
Considering that me, Sophia, and Alina have never worked before our productivity was very low when it came to animation. I think it was because we were very effortless to have each scene done within an hour, which is the amount of time we had for each period. But when it came to editing we were decently productive. Our team's biggest challenge was getting things done because in animation I had the most frames and number of seconds to animate and I didn't do very well. When I was not even halfway done with my scene they're almost done. Our best moment in production was coming together after the final product and saying it's okay if we made mistakes, it's ok if we are slow at animating because we are a team and we are done.
